The Drop Zone

The offices, the classroom of course and lodgement are just beside the airport of the track, and the parachutist activity is carried out on the opposite (near Savoie Technolac). Ah, what a delight it is to plunge into the open air, which encourage you to be a parachutist! The opening time is all day long (9h - 12h30 and 14h - to sunset) We offer the full time service to postpone your pleasure. Do not hesitate to consult the plan of access to join us on the drop zone!

Accommodation

The EPSS has 14 beds in a rural, yet clean and comfortable building. You can reserve there a room or camp in the vicinity and use the kitchen (equipped with a furnace, a microwave, a refrigerator and a freezer), the bath room (with 2 brand new showers!) and the video living room. These places are very popular, it is wise of you to reserve !! However, you will find other hotels, lodgement and camp-sites easily around the site.

Equipments

The plane : We have Pilatus A27, which can take along 9 parachutists to 4000m within ten minutes. For more information please go to Pilatus.

Each one of our sets contains a release of safety, FXC for the student canopies, Cypres for the others. And the hard or flexible helmets, altimeters, glasses and combinations are also at your service.

CAUTION!! Due to a great number of non-restitutions, we will not rent any more altimeters under 20 jumps!!

The Payment

The equipment of a safety system is obligatory for all the parachutists, no mater what level or training they have.

The technical training reserves the right to prohibit to a student to jump in estimation that the theoretical courses are not assimilated or if one’s behaviour goes against the safety requirements.

Your licence is valid until the 31/12/2006. Renewal of licence: you may pass a new medical examination from an approved doctor.

After the course of AFF, when you come to jump, you will have simply to pay the jumps (24 euros each) and the rents of the material (9 euros).
